Le chocolat, la p\u00e2tisserie et la glace. Leur moteur ? L\u2019artisanat, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, et l\u2019envie de faire plaisir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Form\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoleducasse.com\/campuses\/ecole-nationale-superieure-de-patisserie\">\u00c9cole Nationale Sup\u00e9rieure de P\u00e2tisserie<\/a><\/strong>, sous l\u2019\u0153il aff\u00fbt\u00e9 d\u2019Alain Ducasse, ils ont troqu\u00e9 les plans d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie pour des recettes pleines d\u2019\u00e9motion. Elle y a mis son sens de l\u2019accueil et sa passion pour les arts de la table. Lui, sa rigueur, sa pr\u00e9cision, et son go\u00fbt du d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat ?
